About

A daily focus tool that helps you pick 3 realistic priorities and match them against your actual available hours.

Based on the "Daily Big 3" method used by Warren Buffett, Michael Hyatt, and productivity communities like Reddit's prolific r/productivity.

No accounts. No sync. No distractions. Just focus.

Why This Exists

Every morning I'd overplan: 10 tasks in Todoist, 3 color-coded calendars somewhere else, sticky notes and scraps of paper on my desk. By noon, I'd barely finished one thing.

And then, a few months later, I'd devote hours — sometimes even days — to building yet another "perfect" productivity system I thought would finally work for me.

What I actually needed was a failsafe — a way to match my daily priorities against the real hours I had available that day. Some days it's 8 hours, some days it's 2. This tool forces me to be honest about both.

That's why 3tasks.co is built on two constraints:

Time — input the actual work hours you have today.

Three priorities — no more, no less.

It's not a full-blown system. It's a daily reset. A quick check that keeps me grounded, realistic, and moving forward.

How the Daily Big 3 Works

Most task apps just give you a place to write priorities. 3tasks.co goes one step further: it forces you to weigh your priorities against the actual hours you have today.

Here's the flow:

  1. Check your real availability — some days it's 8 hours, some days it's 2.
  2. Pick 3 priorities that can realistically fit inside those hours.
  3. Work in focused cycles until they're done.
  4. Random idea? Brain dump so it's out of your head.

That's it. Time + 3. No more, no less.

FAQ

Is 3tasks.co really free?

Yes. I built it for myself and share it so others can benefit. Tips and support keep it alive.

Do I need an account?

No. 3tasks.co is a no-account task manager. Your data stays on your device. Nothing is stored on our servers.

Will my tasks stay if I refresh or restart?

Yes — tasks are saved locally for the day. But it's built for single-day use, so each new day starts fresh.

Does this work offline?

Yes. Once it loads, it works without internet.

Can I sync across devices?

Not yet. Today's version is local-only. Sync may come later.

How do I track progress?

Export your tasks or screenshot your dashboard to share your daily wins.

How does the Daily Big 3 method work?

You pick your top 3 priorities for the day. The gurus have some variations on how you pick etc, but this is what I do here with this app. See "How the Daily Big 3 Works" for details.

Is this the best task manager for ADHD and menopause brain fog?

From a sample size of 1, yes and yes. It might be different for you but with the low price of FREE, and minutes of your time, I'd say, try it!
